Ermal reached out and came to assess my eavestroughs the same day I sent a request. He was honest about the problems we were facing and took the time to explain why the problem was happening and how it could be best remedied. Im a new home owner and Im sure it would have been easy to skip the explanation and to overcharge me but he did not. When he came to fix the problem he was fast and went above and beyond. He even cleared out my eavestroughs and fixed my rain barrel which was not even part of the job. He took great pride in the work he did and was a really nice guy too! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
