I texted PJ from Friendly Tek Solutions after the aging furnace stopped blowing hot air. PJ immediately texted me back saying he would be there that same afternoon. PJ was prompt, friendly and professional. After some tricky troubleshooting bc it is an older furnace, he determined the cause, and said he would be back the next day with the right parts. His own determination and ingenuity to fix the furnace instead of replace the furnace saved me thousands of dollars! Very happy! Throughout the process, PJ was kind enough to keep me updated by text re: parts and timelines which I was very thankful for. Highly recommended. I'll be calling him back when the furnace is done for good.
