Horrible experience-- We purchased a sofa set April 6th 2012 and paid for it in full. The sales man (Blair) was nice at the time and we were happy with the product. He delivered the product on time but when we opened the packaging we discovered it was the wrong colour. We ordered black and were delivered brown. Blair said we could keep the set as a loaner and they would deliver our black set end of month. May comes and there is no sign of Blair, he ignores our phones calls and never returned them. Finally got a hold of him and he said we was to check with the manufacture and advise. Again no news. Called him again and was told he would deliver either on May 16, 17 or 18. Nothing happened. My husband finally got fed up and called him demanding for a refund he said "we do not refund". We argued he did not deliver the product we wanted and demanded a refund--- two days later he delivered our black set. We are not satisfied with the product at all. The set is crap and already sinking. Disgusting services-- he is just out to make money and that's pretty much it. For one’s own sanity please do not buy anything from Furniture Alley.
