Contacted Mark and his team after we discovered water under our flooring. He responded quickly and determined the source of the water was coming from our standing shower. He took a lot of stress and anxiety away from us by handling everything on the insurance side of things- he initiated the claim with my insurance company and submitted all documents (pictures, estimates, etc). We ended up being covered 100% by insurance. Mark always made sure we were happy with the work that was done even if that meant sending a few guys back over to do a few minor touch ups. He was super approachable throughout and really took the time to explain things to me. Everyone on his team was extremely pleasant and considerate while working.
