Repair leaky toilet, repir and paint ceiling
Toilet leaked, he reapired it and patched the damaged sheetrock and painted the whole kitchen in 1 week. First the wax seal was replaced , but then this did not work, upon further investigation he noticed the pipe was cracked and , subsequently repaired the cracked pipe in a timely fashion. We then scheduled him to repair the ceiling and paint the repair.
