We have had very positive experiences with Don Mills Roofing over the past decade from the installation of a new roof to the replacement of our roof vents, and the cleaning of our eaves with repairs to the downspouts. The owner, John, responds promptly to requests for service, and never attempts to upsell the job - always offering reasonable solutions to roofing problems caused by extreme weather (heavy snowfall or rainfalls). While we were in Florida this year, the person looking after our house informed us that the lock on our front door was broken and could not be opened. After looking on HomeStars, I contacted Victory Locks and spoke with Tom. We arranged for him to meet our friend at the house. He arrived promptly then, quickly and efficiently, installed the new deadbolt. He also rekeyed the lock so that our existing keys would work. This was a relief as several people had keys to the house and were checking it during our absence. We were very glad to be saved the effort of having new keys made and distributed. We would most definitely recommend Tom to anyone needing lock service.

We called the Duct Cleaning Specialists based on the positive reviews on HomeStars...and we were not disappointed! Paul answered our initial email promptly, providing a quote and advice on what to expect from a proper duct cleaning. When I contacted him to arrange for the cleaning, Paul offered us a choice of dates and times, and emailed us a proper work order. He also followed up with an email reminder two days in advance of the appointment. On the appointment day, Steve and Mat arrived within the appointment window. Both were professional, polite and personable - taking the time to explain what they were doing and showing us pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up as they went along. I would most definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

I can highly recommend Green and Spotless. Oleg was both professional and pleasant - arriving promptly for both the estimate and the actual cleaning. He and his colleague were very respectful of our home - putting down runners and wearing covers on their shoes. They did a great job on the cleaning and sealing and we are very happy with how the bathroom looks now. Oleg was also very honest - he told us that our floor tiles did not require sealing and reduced the price to reflect the change.
