Freezer was slowly leaking water and ice had to be cleared daily. Vivek determined it was the drain pipe and cleared it with a steamer. He ordered a new one for replacement but current state is that it works fine. Vivek was on time, professional and we will certainly call him in again for any appliance repairs.

Have used this company twice since we bought our condo in 2019. Both times the technician was on time, prepared and clearly knows his craft very well. All costs are explained ahead of time, and as our condo is older (built 1976) any fixes have to be up to modern building code, which he also explained well. Always happy to answer questions, which is good value as it will help us in future for any renos we want to complete, especially kitchen or bathrooms. Have made this company our go-to for anything electrical. Highly recommended.
