I was connected to Adrian via Homestars. He texted right away with an estimate and a window of time that he could come and check out the issue with the dryer (it wasn't heating or turning). Adrian had excellent communication and was able to replace the part that was broken very efficiently. Would recommend him to others and use him again.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided by the technician and the price was reasonable. However, my service was rescheduled 4 different times (one of the times was due to a no show from the technician with no phone call prior to). As a landlord who had to coordinate with my tenant, this made things rather difficult.
