From start to finish everything was clearly discussed and executed in a professional manner. Dan was very helpful in providing us the best options to choose the appropriate colour. The installation team too was courteous and professional. The job was was very well executed within the agreed time-line and the pricing too was reasonable. We heard scratches in the attic area above the washroom ceiling and called GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. Troy listened to me carefully and explained the options we should consider. As agreed, he came over the next day and made a thorough inspection of our house roof and installed a one way door on the vent which was damaged by the squirrels and installed protective screens for the rest of the vents to prevent squirrels entering the attic or causing any damage. I appreciate Troy's dedication and excellent customer service, as he took time to explain the damage caused by squirrels in such situations and also managed to spot a squirrel attempting to find it's way to enter the attic. Troy has promised to come back after two weeks to replace the damaged vent and fix the necessary protective screen within the agreed price.
