Angelique was just awesome friendly and very professional she did an awesome job and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has similar problems. As for customer service she goes above and beyond. Which is in my opinion is the ultimate customer service compliment.

I was looking for a roofing company as I had an emergency leak. I asked a friend who just had her roof done and she recommend Main Street Roofing. So to make a long story short I hired them and they came out right away gave an estimate. Unfortunately they were unable to start due to some snow storms. Once they started they were done in a day the job looks great. They also informed me of a chimmney problem which will be taken care of early spring. I would highly recommend Chris and his company as they did an awesome job in short order.

Bought a couch, 2 love seats and 2 chairs. The first batch was late. When they did deliver they were late again with some of the other pieces. They had to bring a service man to fix one of the chairs as it wasnt working poperly. We decided we didn't like one of the couches after a week and they said they would exchange it. They promised the exchange would happen within a week or so. Two months later we go back in and they had forgotten all about it. Didnt know they had made the deal so we had to start all over again. They set a delivery date and they didnt deliver because they came early and no one was there. So I got mad and called the VP and doesnt get back to me for 2 days. He said take the delivery or leave it. I told him the customer service was terrible so he made the concession. I wanted it in writing and he still after a week hasn't written me back by email. The concession he made was giving me $200 off and not pay for an additional 6 months but still havent seen this in writing. I'll just pay them off and be done with them forever.

We, had a problem with our dining room window for about six years. It seemed that every time we had dinner in the winter the draft coming from the window was quite cool. Anyway, we kept putting it off, until finally the wife said "get it done or quit complaning". Well, we all know the power of the wife, It's done now, it looks great and there is no draft. Awesome job, awesome results. There was no neeed to clean up as it was done upon completion. The installers were just great, polite and professional and they did the job in under 2 hours and left the place spotless. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone even my grandmother. Sincerely Sherry

Amazing, just like walking on air. Alexanians did a marvelous job. Do to flooding, we had to have our rugs and linoleum replaced. After many, many delays we finally had the job done. It took them less than a day to complete the entire basement. Pat, our representative was excellent and very patient I might ad. The floor in our basement has never looked nor felt so good. I would recommend them in an instant.

My initial contact with this company was great from the start. I had a salesman come up to our house and give us an estimate on our windows. The salesman was polite and efficient and did not push for a sale, which was exactly what was needed. He left our house and told us to get back to him once we had decided. Two days later we made up our minds. The no pressure approach worked wonders, we ended up buying the windows and they did a marvelous job. Even cleaned up after they were finished. My wife was ecstatic, nothing to clean up whatsoever. The windows, were and still are amazing. My energy bills have gone down substantially. Thanks to Beverley Hills Windows. We were very impressed with the customer service and workmanship we received from Thos. R. Birnie with particular attention to the efforts of their Sales Manager Mr. Roy [last name removed--Ed], who had to go through hoops (no easy task) in order to coordinate this job. When the workers arrived to do their job they were polite and efficient and did what was necessary in short order. Did not leave a mess to clean up either. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. It was indeed a pleasure to work with them. JN

We were in a bit of a bind after requesting an estimate from two other plumbing companies and receiving one in three weeks, which we thought was fine, we requested a revised estimate with a few minor changes being made to the first estimate. We became increasingly frustrated when they took an additional two weeks to give us a revised estimate. Upon this extremely slow reaction my wife took the matter in her own hands called Pitton Plumbing and Heating from the yellow pages. We, received an estimate within a day of asking and the work was completed in less than a week. All toll from the estimate to the job being done took less than two weeks. That's what I call superior service. Many thanks to June my contact person and all their staff including Dennis the plumber who did an outstanding job. I would and will recommend this company in a heartbeat..

The installer and the company were just fantastic. This is the second time I've had windows installed by Beverley Hills Home Improvements. The first time (5 years ago) they put in a beautiful bay window at the front of our home as well as the rest of the upstaris. This last time they replaced all my basement windows and installed two new doors. It took them two days to complete the job, but when it was done I had absolutely no mess to clean up and nothing to do but show off our new doors and windows. My wife and I are elated and still are 5 years(the first windows installation) and 6 months after the last installation. I would recommend this company to everyone and will continue to so.
