The entire railing of our curved staircase was badly damaged during a delivery to the point that is was unsafe for my family. Bill of Vail Renovations acknowledged our safety concerns and quickly put in a plan to have to fixed. All the spindles from the top to the bottom of the staircase were detached from each step. Many companies insisted on replacing the entire railing without seeing the damage (COVID-19); however, Vail Renovations came to see it and were able to fix it quickly and securely. The damage was covered by insurance so we do not know the approximate cost. We highly recommend Bill and his company and will definitely contact him for any future repairs and renovations!
