Great Final Result, Amazing Personal Commitment to the Project
We gutted the main floor of our home that was built in 1998. It had yellow Oak throughout the design with other features that dated the house. The formal dining room and living room were completely wasted spaces. The property has a nice yard and much more space than new homes so we decided for a full renovation. We removed a structural wall and opened up the main floor doubling the size of the kitchen area and adding a 13' island. We replaced everything including appliances, fireplace, ceiling, stairs, and flooring.
