This review is a bit overdue, but I just wanted to say how satisfied we are for the shutters and overall customer service. We learned about this company just by searching online, and we're glad that we went with them. Mark contacted us, and drove from Toronto to Brantford to do the consultation, explained the product well and set up the installation. The installer was also very professional and did a great job, explained how the shutters worked and was very fast. After installation, Mark called again to follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the shutters. Overall, happy with the quality of the shutters!
