Very easy to work with, accommodating and a professional, polished crew who cleaned up at the end of each day. A very pleasant business transaction and would recommend them to anyone interested in getting their roof replaced.

Competitively priced but more importantly, top notch service! Taylor presented himself as a professional and walked me through the whole process before starting. He also went above and beyond what was expected: -explained how to change the air filter (new system and I had no idea how to) -checked and cleaned the hood fan vent and dryer vent even though I said it wasn't necessary (insisted and I'm glad he did!) -I asked to have the central vacuum system cleaned, but upon inspection said I didn't need it - that the filter needed changing A honest, professional contractor that does what they say they are going to do in the time they said that they would do it in. Very happy with the work and the service. HIGHLY recommended!

Not much to say but another great installation from Maxima Aluminum. We had Gennadiy install our eaves trough in our previous house, 7 years ago and we were so pleased with it then that we had him install it in our new house. Surprisingly, he remembered us when we asked him to quote our new house. 7 years ago! Amazing. What can I say but highly recommended.

From request to final installation, no short of an amazing experience. Santina was great with prompt responses, keeping me up-to-date and adjusting to our every changing schedule. Yuriy was equally as amazing in letting us know what was going to be done and doing it. Very good rates, excellent customer service, on-time and left our house cleaner than when they came in (in the area where they worked)! You couldn't ask for anything more. HIGHLY recommended!

We had rotting wood for the trim around the windows that we wanted to replace. Stucco seemed to be the natural choice. As always, we used HomeStars to select several contractors to get quotes. They were all great but Aiad from Cosmopolitan Construction provided everything in a timely fashion - from the initial RFQ and on-site estimate to completion of the job and the follow up afterwards. And the best price to boot. A headache free transaction and a very satisfied customer, as with all his other previous satisfied customers listed in the review section. Highly recommended and will use him for any other future stucco projects that may arise.

AMAZING. We selected Sokol based on his HomeStars' review and we are so glad that we did. When I read the reviews, it seem a bit over the top but we experienced the same exceptional service and quality work that others were talking about. These days, good companies and people are very hard to find. I was very pleased, satisfied and surprised with the work Green & Spotless had done at our home. Professional through and through - from quoting, planning, the actual work and the follow up. As they prepped, cleaned and sealed our grout and tile, they took the time to explain the process and set the expectations while giving the reasons why. It is extremely rare to find a company that is excellent in every aspect of their business. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Needless to say, our tiles and grout look better than new.

My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the service. From quote to clean up, they were quick and did a great job in the installation of the new eavestrough and the clean up of our old one.
