We received a prompt in home visit to review the services required and a written comprehensive quote for service within 36 hours. We had 3 quotes to review and MKZ one one of the higher quotes. We chose this provider related to price, timeline, included disposal and daily cleanup. The quality of service throughout the work was excellent and final invoice exactly as quoted. We highly recommend MKZ for the work we had completed.

We secured the services of Kival Electric to complete the electrical portion of our current renovation project. Steve met with us to review the scope of work and suggest and recommend options. We received a quote for the work which required us to make some changes to the scope of work. Kival was very supportive of our request to change the work requirements. Erik and Mark arrived to start the work on time with Steve was also present to confirm the scope of work with them. Erik and Mark stayed almost two days and did an incredible job. They made minimal access points in the drywall, completed initial drywall repair, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and completed the work under the estimated days. They were friendly, approachable and a pleasure to work with during their time with us!. Steve came by to check the work and ask if we had any questions or concerns. It is important to note that we used Kival services on the recommendation of our interior designer, Jessica Hagel from FreshHomes. We always obtain 3 quotes from homesites service providers prior to proceeding with any work. I was initially worried about not vetting three quotes for the work, however can sincerely report we are so happy we trusted our designer and Kival. We highly recommend Kival Electric and will be using their services for the downstairs project in the future!

Our furnace draft infuser motor ceased and we brought in a big name vendor in to quote the service. the call, diagnostics and service quote added up to $2000.00. We were also told it would take 36 hours before service could be completed. we called Distinct and had a motor quoted at $699 plus tax. We also had the motor installed within 5 hours from quote. Jordan did a great job and we are so thankful we called Distinct. Not only was the cost amazing, so was the service! We will definitely call them again and highly recommend their service

We moved into a home a year ago and has concerns the ducts were dirty. Our annual furnace inspection technician confirmed we had very dirty ducts. We secured 2 quotes and due to the homestars review of Damien's work and his quote, we asked him to provide service. He was able to provide service within a week of our request, provided an estimate, arrived on time, gave us an invoice before he started work and spent over 4 hours cleaning the furnace and ducts. He also showed us our terribly nasty humidifier filter and installed a new one. He took pictures of what he was finding as he worked, cleaned up thoroughly after his service and answered all my questions. We obtained 3 quotes to install 4 new windows in our loft. We found Art who came to quote the product very knowledgeable and receptive to listening to our needs and questions. The installers Dan and Trevor came this week to install the windows. They did an exemplery job of installing the windows, putting drop clothes down to protect our floors, clean up during and after the process and even helping us repair the jamb of our front door ( above and beyond the duty! Our only concern was the length of time for manufacturing the product however we ultimately are happy to wait for a quality product. We are happy to highly recommend this supplier

We contacted three contractors from homestars. We had two comparable estimates and contacted Dave Barracuda to confirm service and learned he was away on vacation. We never received a reply from the other contractor. We contacted Dafe again once he was back from vacation and he was s me to do the work the very next day. He arrived on time, with all necessary equipment and high We quality premium paint in the color of our choice. He and his helper completed the work safely and efficiently with high level quality of work. He is a very respectful courteous

We took possession of our new home only to find our furnace was not functional and had to be decommissioned. We had used Clearview in the past and found their service superior to other vendors. Gerry H came to install a new furnance and showed us the hot water heater was very close to the end of its lifespan. We also wanted to water softener and his quote was close enough to the one we had already received that we had him also install one too. We appreciated his professional care, descriptions of options, use of discount codes and do an inspection of the newly installed equipment before he left. We really like the practice of Clearview to send an email with the name of the employee coming to your home with an estimated arrival time. Clearview has also scheduled a quality assurance appointment for another employee to come and check Gerry's work to ensure the equipmeant was installed and operating correctly. They are higher priced than other vendors however the service and follow up care is worth the cost. As before, We would highly recommend Clearview

Went to homestars.ca and located Martin with great reviews so decided to call and give him a try. He was able to provide service in a prompt efficient manner at a reasonable rate. We like him and will call him again as needed!

I called clearview because my shower in the downstairs bathroom was not getting hot water, they sent Steve out to me who was very professional, and up front about the costs to fix this particular problem. He was even on time! Thanks Steve and Clearview for your great service!
