BUYERS BE AWARE ! Renovating bathroom is stressful enough however the sales team was nice about us taking all parts we purchased to try at home and bring back all unused and unopened boxes back the next day. Which we did but nobody warned us upfront that there would be an astronomical 25% restocking fee!!! This small detail they forgot to mention, ended up costing us 30$ on a 100$ drain which we fully returned unopened and they get to resell again. No apology for this charge either. Very sad store, poor attitude and customer service! Very disappointed and will never go back and cant recommend this store at all.
