I feel very fortunate to have found Ricardo. I had a small job but with very specific requirements. Ricardo was up for the challenge and he was able to get it completed for me quickly. He checked in with me regularly throughout the job to make sure I was satisfied with the progress and that it was to my liking. When he finished, he left my house cleaner than when it started. Not only was the work fantastic, but he also happens to be very kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ricardo to anyone.

I contacted Richard based on reviews to build a window bench with flanking bookcases. I described the project to him on the phone and he was very friendly and upfront about his process and the timing in which the project could be completed. He then provided an estimate based on my rough dimensions and inspiration photos. When he came for the site visit, the detailed quote was in keeping with what was discussed and was reasonable. He was very easy to work with throughout. There was some back and fourth regarding small detail changes to the design, and he was very easy going about this, and offered his expert opinions as well. He installed the unit in one day and exactly on schedule! He was very respectful of our home and left my place tidy. The end result was better than imagined and has completely transformed an unused den into a cozy spot for my kids to play and read. I can't wait to share photos once I receive the bench cushion. I used Michael for all the blinds in our house and am very happy with the result! He was very reliable and patient. I wasn’t sure I wanted to do all the windows in my house at first so I started with just the main rooms. I ended up eventually doing them all and Michael was great about coming back on multiple occasions for measurements. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again! Rachel

This is my 3rd timing calling on Mark's services, and wouldn't hesitate to call him a fourth time. The first time was over 5 years ago in a different house where he installed a runner and bedroom carpet. Five years later, he is just as responsive, reasonable and honest.
