Majestic was known to us through previous clients in the community. We trusted them with the first renovations ever to our home - complete redos of our kitchen and bathroom. We were given a timeline of 4-6 weeks; leeway was expected, but timeliness was important as we were expecting a baby in just over 2 months. The project started well.... But after large portions were done, the work totally slacked off. Random workers showed up at, well, random! Many small details were left by the wayside. Many months later we were still chasing them down to do many small things. But that isn't our main complaint. They did many large parts of the job terribly. We had to completely tear out and redo the backsplash with a separate contractor - Majestic agreed they did a terrible job with it, but didn't offer to help redo it! Now, months later, the new shower has leaked through to the kitchen below causing major damage, and it too needs to be ripped out. They did not care about problems they caused, and we ultimately cut them off without completing the contract. Now we need new workers - at much more expense - to redo/finish things properly.
