Some of the lights on my upper floor were not working. I emailed for more info and John was incredibly prompt in responding and setting up a time for the repairs. During the initial visit, he arrived early and was able to do the job very fast. Furthermore, he noticed that the smoke detectors and the carbon monoxide detectors were either broken or out of date. Our fixtures were also on the last leg of their life. He came back for a second visit and fixed all these as well. Things look perfect and work perfectly too. 10/10 would recommend and will use going forward!
