10/10

Over the past several years, I have hired Da Vinci Home Maintenance to do several home-repair jobs. Before selling my condo in 2005, they changed the kitchen sink and faucet, repaired a leaky/runny toilet, re-tiled the entry hall, and changed the hallway light fixture. In 2006 they fixed our garage wall after my husband hit it while pulling in. This involved repair to the wall supports inside and the siding outside, and re-caulking around the window. I found them honest about their capabilities (if they can't handle a particular job they will tell you), reasonable with pricing, and their commitments can be counted on. The only minor negative is that, being a small company, they are sometimes really busy and can't be reached instantly. They're good about returning calls, though, and I've been sufficiently satisfied with their work to make them worth waiting for. Pricing for jobs varies with the work to be performed (the $ inserted above covered the condo work).
