Tub arrived with 2 leaks, defective jet system, and buckling panels with discoloration. Was told its normal but brand new shouldnt have problems already. Reps at J Adams dont seem to care as much about the customers that have valid complaints, just focus on the customers that are so new about their purchases to know better.
