Bought a dining room set from Wickes. The day before delivery, I called them in the afternoon (b/c I hadn't heard from them yet and they said they would call day before delivery). Long story short, the order was never placed, so it wasn't going to ship the next day. Worse still, it was now out of stock, so it wouldn't ship for another month or more. A substantial discussion was had with the sales person who sold me the set, and I ended up buying the floor model. However, they still wouldn't be able to get it onto the truck anytime soon, so I ended up renting a U-Haul and getting it myself. Other than that, the quality of the furniture has been fine.
