Stingrayxxx in Calgary

I had problems with my air conditioner since it was installed 2 years ago. I gave up on the contractor who installed the unit after unsuccessfully trying 5X to getting the unit to run continuously for a summer season. I contacted the manufacturer and they referred me to other dealers in the Calgary region. G.I. Joe Heating Inc. was a subcontractor to one of the dealer. The GI Joe Heating representative showed up on time and did a through check of the complete HVAC system. While the a/c didn't fail while tradesperson was doing his checks, he has some suspicions what may be failing. As there are 7 years left on my warranty, he suggested I just changed it if it fails again or near the end of the warranty. I appreciate his professionalism and the time he spent explaining the checks he did, his findings and what he did to ensure everything was in within the manufacturer's specifications. I will definitely use this company again if I have any a/c problems and for future HVAC needs.
