When I rented a truck from Home Depot, the time started before the truck was even loaded. This meant that I had to get employees to load the truck with my materials-- taking 1/2 hour. This resulted in my paying for an extra rental time.

Purchased a sectional that we thought would border line fit in our rather small family room. When it arrived it, looked big but thought we would give it a try. After a week, we decided it definitely was too large and called to return it. The sectional was picked up with no comment or question about why we were returning it Great customr service!
