In short, Steve is exceptional. He is incredibly thorough and consistently delivers well written, easily to understand reports with a very short turnaround time. Steve is very, very familiar with the wide range of styles in the homes in my area (Hamilton) which is important considering we have so many historic properties with unique issues. Steve frequently provides additional advice to my clients even after he has completed the job. I find he is especially great with nervous first time buyers who always want a bit of extra reassurance.
