I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, workmanship and friendly service! My neighbour and I both had our windows replaced by Complex Window and I am so pleased that we chose Mike and his team. From the initial discussions to coming onsite for the measurements to the final install, Mike and team took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with all the required information until I was comfortable. Their service is outstanding, they showed up on time and didn’t rush to get the job done. They take great pride in their work and even when they were done with my house, when they started my neighbour’s house, they made sure to stop by and ask me if everything was ok and whether there was anything else I needed or whether they could answer any questions. When I was getting quotes from other (bigger) companies, I was highly underwhelmed by their lack of customer service particularly when these other companies expected me to do all the measurements for them just to get a quote! Mike was happy to come to my home and do the measurements, introduce his company and share his service philosophy; and that type of personal touch certainly goes a long way!
