Empre is a great company to do business with. Sale rep was efficient and helpful. Installation was scheduled just two days after the purchase. Installers arrived on time, completed the job in three hours, even with removal of old carpeting and pad and the addtional task of having to relocate heavy furniture. I would recommend Empire to anybody.
