My old Panasonic ORT microwave broke and I ordered a new one that I needed help with. Top Tech responded super quickly and was very upfront about the price and parking and that I would have to briefly help in dismounting and mounting the old and new ones. I appreciated a next day appointment was available and Top Tech arrived on time. The installation was quick, very thorough and professional. At the end we also tested the functioning. The assistance I provided was very minimal and Top Tech did 99% of the work. Very happy and highly recommend.

I posted the job and Deep water was the first to call me back. The price was reasonable and they were able to accommodate the same day and my busy schedule. They arrived on time, were very professional and quickly removed the old faucet. They installed the new faucet and fully tested it and then called me over to verify. They removed the old faucet and no mess was left behind. Very good and highly recommend.

Our fridge stopped working and had also been leaking water from the freezer. I called Modern Appliance and Peter was very very helpful on the phone to me. He took the time to explain to me my options and had a quick temporary solution to get my cooling back while the needed part was ordered. It was very easy to email him the model and required details. His temporary solution worked as suggested and he was quick to respond to all my emails. When the needed part arrived he was quickly able to fit my job in and arrived on time, charged what he said he would charge, and cleaned everything up after the job. I would highly recommend him.

We had a major situation with our closet in the hallway that caved in. After reading all the reviews here on Homestars decided to deal with Herc. I was really impressed with his customer service and responsiveness. Herc answered all my questions. He also provided great guidance on the design of the new closet with things we wouldn't have considered. He also was cool with working with our timeline and the rules in our condo building. And of course all this for a great price so I'd be happy to recommend and plan on using him if we need any other closets done. He understands his stuff and made sure the closet was designed for our condo space, family, and particular situation. The closet looks great now and are very happy with the end result.
