Andy was great.. Just a quick phone call and he diagnosed the problem with my fridge. Assured me with the right parts I could repair it myself... and I DID! Thank you so much for teaching me something new and keeping the cost reasonable. It saved me a few hundred dollars another company was going to charge me for a $24 fix.
