Our furnace went out in the middle of February
John arrived just as I was stepping out the door to take my daughter to Kindergarten. I told him it would only be 5 minutes total for me to take her to get school and get back and he had no problem with that and was very understanding. He took a look at our furnace, quickly identified the problem, fixed it and explained to us how to fix it purselves if it ever happened again and save us a service call. Great in every way.
