They came and started doing a great job, they were asked to remove all existing weeds, wild grass, etc and level the base ground before laying new grass over it. As they were working they claimed they would make sure NO weeds grow and if they did, they would be back to fix it. We were also offered warranty that we did not purchase as the worker said he would take care of the weeds for free. We trusted them as they assured us. They told us to soak and water the grass 3 times a week. We followed those rules (as well as the rain that helped). But nevertheless weeds had begin to grow between each laid strip. We have been in contact with them to pick up their waste which took several days. They had then began to ignore us. They also promised a rebate and it was never sent. They sell a dream but do not finish the job. All we wanted was a solution. This is their work.
