We went into the store with a specific Hotpoint model we were interested in. Although model was not on the floor, they looked it up in their computer and offered a very competitive price. Delivery men were great. They told us we needed to have the gas company come in and install a new connector but they would come back for the install. It was easy to reschedule them to come back and they did a quick. professional job at a fraction of what the gas company quoted for an installation. Very pleased with every aspect of service from this company.
