Emmerson Lumber has excellent service, they never rush us when we're looking for specific supplies, and the staff is always knowledgeable, and well trained. Their prices are competitive (they're not the cheapest by any means, but they're not the most expensive by any means either). They often match city prices in our comparisons. They have a good selection in stock, and they easily order supplies we need when we need them. Their follow up with me as a customer whenever I've had problems with specific products has been excellent--they went out of their way to make sure I was happy in the end.
