I could not be happier than I am with Furnace Family. As is always the case, our AC died on the hottest day of the year. Due to a major heart problem, I overheat very easily. From the first tech who took my after hours call (Matthew), to the attempted cleaning and repair (Justin), to the estimating (Ross) and installation (Jared), it was flawless. They all really went above and beyond. Especially Justin who made sure to completely document the existing system to ensure that there was enough info to proceed without having to return. Extremely professional.
