For the past year (or two) we had been watching a family of raccoons who would walk on the top of our detached garage and depart to parts unknown -- until we saw the raccoons enter the shingled portion of our garage. While we were outside a neighbour, who had experienced his own problems with raccoons, recommended SWAT Wildlife. I called SWAT and the rep told us exactly what could be done and the cost. Sure enough, SWAT rep Bryan came over, diagnosed the problem and covered the entire crawlspace with a wire screen and an exit-only glass window that allowed exit only. Bryan will also return to ensure the screen has been effective. Easy, simple, and a major relief that this issue is resolved!
