HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company!!! Ghods Builders are one of the worst in Toronto!! 108 units were suppose to have concreate walls between units. Even when I called them, they told me so. I and my other friend who lives in the same complex both have units that do not have any concreate between the units. The insulation between the units is so horrible that you can hear people talk in other unit EVEN when they are talking not very loud. When someone talks loudly, you can actually hear EVERY SINGLE WORD!!! The units are definitely bellow any government standards. I can't understand why they weren't sued yet by poor folks who first got these units. I've also heard some horrible things about the first owners who were moving in into this complex and units weren't even done! Ghods just left and didn't finish a lot of the details. Do not deal with them. Not worth the hassle.
