The worse customer service I have ever encountered. I had an outdoor countertop installed at the beginning of summer, which was done relatively on time (although a bit sloppily with some edges not lining up well). A few months later one of the joints completely broke off. I contacted the company, and they said they would come the following week to fix it. They never showed. Since then, I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, left emails and voicemails and have been completely ignored (I know they are answering others because as soon as I called with a different number I got a callback -- where they again promised to fix the problem and never delivered). I find this kind of treatment of clients very disrespectful. It's now been over a month and a half of chasing them, and I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.
