One year into our R&B home, and we are really happy with it. Foundation is solid, everything is well designed and executed. We've built with Randall Homes and this was by far a much better experience. With R&B Homes, we visited the construction site many times and were greeted by professional, knowledgeable contractors. They were flexible with our change orders, and were able to make good decisions to fix issues with our design. Very few problem in the past year of ownership. All taken care of quickly, including a same-day furnace repair. Photo taken on possession day, before final grade and landscaping. Excellent experience, house finished on time, well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
