I called Muhammad immediately after successfully evicting the tenants. The condition was horrendous. They left a lot of infested furniture, wall hangings, clothing and king size mattresses behind (which he properly covered). He came over and did an assessment of the situation. It was absolutely fantastic news to discover Muhammad provided a service to clear out the infested furniture. As it stood, our family would've had to do the move. Highly risking an infestation in our own homes. Muhammad worked like a machine for 2 days. He head down and 100% focused on getting the job done. He filled 2 14ft bins. On day 1 it became clear that we needed the second bin. However, we made arrangements for the bin people to come at the end of the day and they were fully booked. Muhammad is the constant problem solver. So that it didn't slow down the job he broke up the dressers, shelving, side tables into parts using every inch of the bin. The apt was highly infested even for I think Muhammad's standards. He then thoroughly vacuumed, used 2 types of chemical treatment and heat treatment to rid the apt of all bedbugs. He then did a quick chemical spray of the entire house for added protection. The results were night and day. We are so thankful for his wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic. I don't think anyone else could've done the scope and scale of this job. Price was as quoted. I hope I never need to use an exterminator again. But without hesitation it would be with Muhammad! Thank you for saving our house!

Tenants on the second floor of our home complained about bedbugs in March of this year. After reading Pest Solutions reviews I knew Muhommed was the exterminator for us. He's working all the time but was able to spend some time on the phone doing a pre assessment. On time for our appointment, very well prepared for COVID 19 and extremely knowledge about bugs given his 2 degrees in Entomology. The study of insects. Once in our house, he went for the hotspots and immediately found evidence of bedbugs. He thoroughly went through each room. After the inspection he gave me his recommendations on a treatment plan and a written report. Unfortunately, the tenants were not cooperative with what was needed for a complete treatment. Muhommed said he could do a "bandage" chemical spray but it would not work to resolve the issue. In his honest opinion, he felt I shouldn't spend the money on something that was going to have him back over and over. He advised to wait till I'm able to accommodate the proper scenario for a successful eradication of the bedbugs. I'm very fortunate to have found Muhommed as other exterminators I called were somewhat pushy and a hard sale. One company said they had chemical sprays at the ready and quoted me prices starting at $2000 before stepping foot into our house. Highly recommend Muhommed and cannot wait for the day I can book him!

After getting a couple of estimates from other companies, I went with Marcin. I'm so glad I trusted my gut feeling! He was always accessible and gave me more than one option to approach my repair. It's been almost 2 months and the porch is looking fabulous. My experience was excellent. Marcin was patient and accommodating to my needs due to other work that was being done to the house. His professional direction gave me the best outcome with the best value. Reliable, upstanding and gentleman. I highly recommend Marcin and his crew. We had to replace old railing on our front steps. Stephen was great over the phone. He made me feel, that indeed, no job was too small and came over to give me an estimate. He has a good eye. We picked out a railing style and colour which best suited the house. I asked about a gate for the pets. I was so pleased with the quote I went for it. Jack, co-owner, followed up with fine detail. Steve, their installer, worked diligently on a very hot day. The end result...Gorgeous! I had to give Railings Columns Decks a 10. Not just because their custom product is as beautiful as their Instagram portrays but their client service and care is outstanding. Will use again. Thank you guys!
