David and his team did an excellent job outside removing our flagstone, refacing our front stairs and entranceway and redoing our driveway. It looks outstanding and the job was done on time.

Keith was very patient when I asked him to reupholster my 2 antique chairs and wanted to bring my own fabric. Although the fabric was not upholstery grade, he did a phenomenal job! Not only do they look beautiful, he replaced and added padding within my budget. I would highly recommend him!

George was fantastic! We contacted him to install a line for our new gas stove. He put us on a waitlist and was able to fit us in. He showed up when he said he would and once he was finished, he walked us through all the instructions on how to operate our new gas stove. Incredibly, he also took the time to walk us through an issue that we were having with our gas fireplace!

I needed the lights repaired in my inground pool. When I put a message out, Tommy promptly answered. He gave me a reasonable quote, ordered my parts, came when he said he would and did a great job. He also gave us a few tips since we are new pool owners. Tommy was very prompt, professional and efficient. Highly recommend this company!

The owner provided an accurate, quick yet thorough estimate as well as great tips as he toured our home. The movers arrived on time and finished on time and were careful and respectful.

Imperial was awesome! I had called 3 roofers; 2 called back and only Imperial showed up the date and time that they had promised. They provided a free, competitive quote. They provided a tarp for the area of my roof that was the most challenged because it was too early in the season to do the job. As soon as the weather was warm enough, they called to do the job (a month before we expected!) They arrived when they said they would and the job was completed when they said it would be. There was a full crew with safety harnesses and hard hats on. My neighbour came over to tell me how impressed she was with their clean up. The entire area was as clean as it was before they started. Highly recommend Imperial!

We orginally booked an eavestrough and outside window cleaning. 2 weeks before my appt I called to change it to inside/outside window cleaning and I didn't hear back. I called again 1 week prior to the appointment and finally heard back 2 business days before assigning me a time that didn't work. I called back and got a new time noon-5pm and they never showed. I missed work. I called and they said they would look into it and the next day, they called back at 830pm to say I had an appointment the following day noon-5pm. I called and told them I would book with someone else. Very disorganized. Too bad, their work was great last year.
