Hired her for move-out cleaning of my house, she showed up with a coworker. They started cleaning and then did the floors with lots of water in the end, so I could not go in and check on their work. They took off and promised to fix anything if I was unhappy. And unhappy I was. They did some of the work, the rest was untouched or done very poorly. I texted her a list of things I found wrong. She called me back later and was very rude when I told her I was not happy. She became personal and said she’s never seen a house this dirty and wouldn’t let her kids soil the carpets and door frames with chocolate and jam and whatever she claimed to have found. She insulted us by saying we should have cleaned better and more often, and we probably painted all the walls because we couldn’t get the dirt off. I pushed back and told her I didn’t need a lesson from her in how to clean my house. I had paid a lump sum for cleaning the house and expected it to be seen through. She countered that I basically got my money’s worth and because it was so dirty, she should have charged me even more. The carpet cleaning crew she promised to send over later never showed up, they were just consistently "running behind". She did promise me a $50 refund, which I don't expect to ever see. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
