The Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. We had heard about Magic Windows before and he showed us all the the various options for the various styles of windows. The installation people were very courteous and very professional. They install the windows during Covid and we had no complaints about safe distancing and mask wearing. They installed the new windows in a very timely matter and cleaned up the area to our satisfaction. They gave us a good demonstration on how to use the various widows. the also gave us very helpful instruction on cleaning the windows. After the installation we had a problem with one of the screens and it was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.. D Evers

We had Costco install a ductless A/C and heating unit installed in our home. The installation went as as scheduled and the installers were very professional and efficient. They explained the whole installation to us before hand. They made sure the A/C worked and explained how to use the remote to use the unit. They cleaned up the area and were very polite They install the unit in Apr just when the covid19 outbreak occurred and they were very respectful to the safe distancing.
