We had seen a racoon enter our chimney shaft a few times and it had eaten away the mesh over the opening. Our service person ( sorry I can’t remember his name ) arrived promptly. He inspected and covered the hole and explained the job. I was very satisfied. He was friendly and professional and wore a face mask around me.
