Mitch and his team were a bunch of professionals right from the very start. Our project looked into remodelling our bathroom and kitchen in an older condo. While they had much expertise with houses, they admittedly said upfront that they did not do many condos so we knew exactly how to align our expectations with theirs. On top of the whole process fromdesign to build, it was also more of a enjoyable learning experience for both parties. Their attention to detail and resourcefulness helped us saved a bunch on material costs and labour. Given the tough building conditions in condos exacerbated by COVID-19, they were quick to respond to inevitable delays and a minor lapse in communication. It was a great standard of service that many first time homeowners should come to expect in Canada. Thanks again!

Boris was professional, punctual and very informative. He spend about an hour reviewing our upcoming purchase, a 1 room condo and was meticulous about pointing out every plug, outlet, valve and faucet that needed work or was in working condition. He gave us a full report on document a couple hours later. Quick and efficient, will definitely call on him again in the future!
