UPDATE: JSPEC came through for us again. A recent wind storm sheared a few shingles off our roof (not JSPEC's work mind you; this was old work from a prior owner's renovation). Called JSPEC for help and they made sure they got out to us for a repair before the next rain. I can only imagine how busy they are (every third house seems to be having work done these days) and we very much appreciate them making us feel like a priority! Justin and his team at JSPEC managed to make our flat roof repair a pleasure. I would say my wife and I made the decision to pursue the rebuild of the flat roof on our nearly 100-year old home but that wouldn't be completely accurate.
