This is the second time we rented a bin from Hersey Bins and both times the customer service was incredible as well as the overall experience. We would never go with any other company as Hersey Bins really goes above and beyond to help their customers. When they drop off the bin the driver makes sure to protect the driveway so it doesn’t get damaged and I really appreciate and find very helpful receiving a reminder email a day before the bin is due for a pick up just to make sure that we have it ready to go. Which anyone could forget especially when you are doing a big job and using the bin to dispose things in. I had a question once and called them and the staff was amazing and so helpful to the point where it made me so happy that I gave my business to them rather than another company. The bins are great and they have plenty of sizes and whichever one you choose you just can’t go wrong. Last year we got the smaller one for a house spring cleaning project and it was a lifesaver. This time we were extending our driveway and got one of the bigger bins so that we can dispose of the dirt and material but I had to take advantage of it and I cleaned out the house and disposed of the bigger items that would have caused me a headache to get rid of if it wasn’t for the Hersey Bins. I would definitely recommend Hersey Bins to anyone looking for a bin to rent because you will be amazed at the level of professionalism and customer service you will receive from them. I am already looking forward to the next time we rent one of the bins because it just makes my life personally so much easier having the bin rather than thinking of ways to dispose of things. I also want to thank the Hersey Bins Team for their hard work and excellent customer service as we will be a returning customers for a long time to come.
