Bill

We decided to replace the windows in our home with Ecoline Windows and they did a great job. There were a few bumps during the installation but they were all quickly and efficiently dealt with, with excellent service. They always called and kept us in the loop about where we were in terms of windows being made, when they would be delivered, and when the inspector would be around. One of our windows was huge and 500 pounds and I was super worried about how they would get it in there but they called for the "big guy" to come when they were ready to install it and it was no problem at all. It was a good experience.

Marty and his crew were just amazing! The cleanup was so perfect that other than a new shed we would never have known they were there. We have dogs and kids and they used a metal detector to ensure there were no nails laying around. Super job! Shed looked so good, we put the same one in our next house!

Moved into new house on Friday, no laundry, 3 kids, huge dilemma! Went into Trail on Saturday morning and had new laundry installed Monday morning! Phew crisis averted! Thank you Trail Appliances!

Deerfoot Carpet gave us excellent customer service, install was smooth and timely, there were a couple of carpet tacks sticking up but they fixed them right away and double checked everything else. They even remembered us when they saw us at the Home and Garden show!

We hired TNA Concrete (Tony) to do the above mentioned work in the fall of last year. They even had an A rating with the BBB and of course said the right things. Without telling us they then sub-contracted the work, claiming the people that showed up were working for them. Needless to say, the work was of extremely poor quality, less than a year later, there is cracks in multiple spots., they never placed a footing for the retaining wall extension, poured concrete into cracks in the retaining wall but never removed any of the cracked loose concrete... They never returned any calls or e-mails about our concerns, stating that Tony had gone "hunting". We had retained a portion of the cost to be paid on completion of the job, yet severail months later they sent us a bill for the Rest of the bill. I again tried to contact them, to no avail. I sent them and e-mail stating I'D pay the bill when they returned to complete the work in a satisfactory manner, and haven't heard from them since. Extremely unprofessional and poor quality work, and misrepresentation by the company and Tony himself.
