He went through the details of my Reliance package and made a tremendous effort to get the quickest possible date for the installation. I was quite impressed by the work the installers did. They were polite, courteous and very professional. The only issue was they were supposed to start on a Friday; but without being notified about a delay; they started on a Monday. It wasn't the guys' fault. I would suggest that the person handling the orders notify the customer if there is a delay. Other than that, I would recommend this company.
