disappointed in Edmonton

I bought blue indoor outdoor carpet to add to my deck last summer (beginning of Aug) and rolled it back up and stored it indoors for the winter. Put it back out this spring and with each rain the colour began to run out all over the surrounding deck. I misplaced my reciept, but, is was less than a year so I contacted End of the Roll I purchased from. I also attached pictures. (the manager actually emailed back after seeing the pictures to confirm the colour I bought, odd as it was obviously blue in the pictures). I was told they would look for my invoice and contact me in a few days. Over a week later with no contact I sent another email that was responded to with excuses and now saying I need a invoice copy. I suggest you find another supplier if your looking for carpet or any flooring as these people obviosly keep poor records (less than one year and cannot find) and have no desire to stand behind the products they sell. Save the hassel, find another store.
