Company provided appropriate information in a courtious way. Service man was polite, neatly dressed and explained what he was going to do, then showed me what he had done. Very pleased with everyone I talked with.

We called Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning, they were courtious and prompt to respond to our initial call. Two men came to our house, installed the units, cleaned up after themselves and had everything working that day. Men were friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions we had.
